Message from Mars is a film essay of 3D and 2D animation, archival footage and historical documents that reflects on humanity’s desire to colonize Mars. The narrator is an android who’s been stranded on Mars for 200 years. He spends his days in the vast underground complex built to house human colonists who never arrived.
